We do not have a minimum or maximum number of attendees for most programs. For certain unique programs (e.g., a leadership development workshop), we do suggest a maximum number of attendees in order to maximize the engagement and impact.
Generally our pricing does not change based on the number of participants.
For an additional fee, we allow organizations to record our presentations and keep the recordings on their intranet site for 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the arrangement.

Yes, we offer day-long and even multiple-day retreats. We do both on-site and off-site retreats.
Many of our programs qualify for CLE credit in most jurisdictions across the U.S. We work with your organization’s CLE coordinator to get your program CLE-approved.
We work with non-lawyers at both law firms and companies. No law degree is required to work with us!
